Who we are

Used Box Recycling (usedboxrecycling.com) is a referral service. It takes requests to buy, sell, reuse, or recycle used Gaylord boxes, corrugated boxes, and baled cardboard, and passes them to partner suppliers in its network. Quotes, pickups, and deliveries are handled by those partner suppliers.

What the quote form collects

When you send a quote request, the form collects:

  • your name, email address, and phone number, and your company name if you give one;
  • the location of the request: city, state, ZIP or postal code, and a street address if you add one;
  • details of the request: whether you want to buy, sell, or recycle, the box type, size, condition, quantity, timing, optional specifications, and your message;
  • whether you agreed to receive text messages about the request;
  • the page you sent the form from and how you reached the site (for example a search engine or a campaign link).

How the information is used

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which delivers it to partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. The information is used to respond to your request, not to sell you unrelated products, and it is not sold.

Text messages

If you tick the text-message box on the form, a partner supplier may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is not required to send a request.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.

How long information is kept

Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the quote and any follow-up, and for normal business records afterwards. You can ask for your request to be deleted.

Your choices and contact

To ask what information is held about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, use the quote form or email [email protected].
